1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the VX0D platform ("Service") by channel and group owners ("Owners") who manage paid access to their Telegram channels and groups.

2. Service description

VX0D provides infrastructure for managing access to Telegram channels and groups. VX0D is not a payment processor. All payments (Telegram Stars) go directly to the Owner's bot. VX0D does not touch, hold, or route subscriber funds at any point.

3. Owner obligations

• Provide a valid bot token and maintain admin rights in managed chats.
• Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API rules.
• Not use the Service for: adult content, piracy, financial "signals", MLM, or any illegal activity.
• Accept the AVV (data processing agreement) before collecting form data.
• Provide their own privacy policy to subscribers if collecting personal data.

4. Platform fees

Owners pay a fixed monthly subscription to VX0D. There is no commission on subscriber payments — 0%, by design. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

5. Non-payment

• 1-5 days overdue: warning banner, email notification.
• 6-10 days: new subscribers blocked, no new invoices, admin read-only.
• 11+ days: update processing stopped entirely.
• 60+ days: project archived.

Existing subscribers are never removed due to Owner non-payment. They paid honestly and owe nothing to the platform.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, the bot webhook is removed. Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted (except records required by law).

7. Prohibited content

The Service may not be used to sell access to channels containing: adult/NSFW content, copyrighted material without license, financial advice or trading signals, multi-level marketing, or any content illegal under German or EU law. Violation results in immediate suspension.

8. Liability

VX0D provides the Service "as is". We are not liable for Telegram API outages, payment processing delays by Telegram, or subscriber disputes with Owners. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is [City], Germany.
